I miss you Ryan. You were always such a good listener and so fun to hang out with. I will never forget you. You were always there when anybody needed you for anything. I know you are up there looking out for all of us. I think about you everytime I see any kind of small plane, or the Fancy on the river, any party I go to and so many more times. Miss ya, love ya!!

Ryan~ my brother, I don't know if it's the way you always towered over me, or that your arms could wrap me up so tight, but your hugs seemed to make everything better. I feel so honored and blessed that you gave me the title of your "sis"! Thank you for allowing me to be your sister. I'm sorry our time together was so short. I will always love and miss you... Your "sis" Ami

What I'd give to have you here with me. Oh what I wouldn't give to turn back time so you could hear me say that I love you, my brother. I have always been so proud of you and proud to call you my brother. Quietly you made our lives better just by being you, the gentle giant. Ryan, the world may never know how big of a loss it has suffered by losing you, but I know my children will always have your influence to guide them through life. They will always be told about their Uncle Ryan. I am only now coming to realize how much you and I played major roles in each other's lives. Now, as I try to find my way back to the great outdoors, that together we spent so much time in, I try to think of some part of Oregon that you and I have not spent some time in. Ryan, I will always remember you as honest, young, strong, patient, proud and so inquisitive. Though you were here for a short, too short a time, I feel so lucky, so grateful you were and always will be, my brother. ~ Fly Straight and Level ~

Ry, I remember: 10lbs,1/2oz, so small, cradled in my arm at the 2am feeding. The wonder in your eyes as Shawn taught you a thousand things. The joy of your smile as you shared yourself with everyone. The strong arms yhat effortlessly loved us all. You will always be a part of everything we do, our lives must find a way to go on, but the road will seem harder without you with us. Love Dad

I give you this thought to keep~I am with you still~I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on the snow, I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not think of me as gone~I am with you still~in each new dawn. NATIVE AMERICAN PRAYER

Ryan touched our hearts in so many ways....in so many people. I doubt he knew how devasting his death would be to all of us....he was that humble. I was blessed to have him for 26 years...but I wanted more. He was blessed to have a friend like Chris Harmon who is hosting this site and paying honorable tribute to his memory. It is my dream to honor his life by using the memorial fund to enhance the aeronautical world....Ryan's world. I love you, I miss you, I cry for you, Mom
